CMC Digital Workshops are highly engaging and interactive virtual environments for our community of senior decision-makers to meet privately and address some of the key technology and business challenges and opportunities faced in their organisations.
The half-day Digital Workshop supports our community across the Financial Services, Retail, and Telecoms sectors in accelerating critical live projects through knowledge sharing and benchmarking with industry peers and exploring technology and business strategies from the world’s leading vendors and most innovative start-ups.

Data is at the heart of our community; this enables CMC to populate each Digital Workshop with like-minded individuals who have outlined specific priority projects, challenges, and/or opportunities they face on each specific Digital Workshop Topic.
CMC Digital will populate the Digital Workshop with a minimum of 20 of your peers from our community and beyond, which will be either industry-specific or a cross-industry audience. The key is that all the audience will be like-minded and share an interest in the selected topic. The audience is likely to be of similar function and/or division within their industry, creating valuable interaction within the ‘Digital Workshop.’
Using a simple questionnaire via a link, we will ask all participants of their chosen Digital Workshop to provide relevant information around the workshop topic to create a focused agenda that is relevant and timely for the entire audience.
The ‘Digital Workshop’ will begin with a 45-minute interactive virtual panel discussion. The panel is an excellent way for all the participants to engage with each other! Three panellists and a Moderator will represent each panel. During the panel discussion, the three different panellists will share their views, insights, and experiences with the audience. After each panellist has had an opportunity to share their views, the discussion is then opened to the audience into a ‘deep dive,’ allowing everyone to ask the panellists questions, challenge them or share their own insights on the specific topic. The panellist will be your peers who will share their insights and experience based on the specific challenge and issues raised by you, the audience.
After the activities, a presentation will demonstrate a real-life use case where the pitfalls and challenges have been successfully overcome, which is followed by a Q&A session to finish off the half day workshop.

We populate the Digital Workshop with a minimum of 20 end-users from our community; this can either be vertical-specific or a cross-industry audience. Based on the data our community members have provided us, each of these executives will have a current live need aligned with your technology/service. A Connect Intelligence Report (CIR) will be provided ten days before the Digital Workshop so that you can use this information to structure your workshop content.
