After more than 15 years in the events industry working both in senior management roles and consulting for large organisations Johnny co-founded Connect Media Consulting in 2014 with the purpose of delivering a refreshingly flexible and innovative approach to supporting go to market, branding and thought leadership strategies.
Johnny is responsible for building executive leadership communities across the Financial Services, Telco and Retail sectors. In addition, Johnny is responsible for the production of CMC’s industry focused private summits and Digital Engagements. Johnny is also responsible for liaising with the leadership community across several functions to establish key industry focus groups to help deliver relevant and valuable networking activities in line with CMCs products.
Johnny has chaired for over 6 years the Global CIO Banking Advisory Committee, Financial Services Security Advisory Committee, the European Digital Banking Advisory Committee, and the European Digital Insurance Advisory committee working closely with all the committee to understand industry pain points.
With over 250 virtual roundtables moderated across several different industry verticals and geography’s Johnny always works intimately with both attendees and vendor’s to successfully deliver on the required outcomes.
Previously Johnny held the position of Executive Producer of a C-level digital T.V channel where he travelled the world extensively to research and interview CEO’s and senior management from some of the world’s biggest organisations such as Coca Cola, Rolls Royce, Aflac, Domino’s Pizza, Skype, Yahoo, PayPal and many more.
Johnny is married with 3 almost grown-up children. Johnny stays active when he can, he has a passion for rugby which he has coached for over 10 years and still plays for his local rugby club.
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in supporting organisations globally with their go to market strategy and accelerating business. Andrew Co-founded Connect Media Consulting in 2014 with the mission of disrupting the events industry by using data as the driver in bringing together industry decision makers with solution providers who can mutually benefit from engaging at the right time. Andrew is passionate about producing business outcomes that demonstrate a measurable return on investment.
In his spare time Andrew and his family and stay very active with a variety of animals to look after at home in particular Andrew is a keen equestrian, Show Jumping being one of his favourite disciplines!
