What would I be doing?
  • Start, build, and maintain solid relationships with key decision makers within well-respected innovative global organizations, with the objective of generating new business.
  • Identify and connect with C-level executives to Generate interest in unique events, tailored to their needs.
  • Managing full sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.

Who is CMC looking for?
  • Passionate, driven, and eager to progress your career, reach high earning potential and play part in an exciting growth plan.
  • Credible, confident, and calm in your approach when dealing with senior, influential decision makers - predominantly over the phone and occasionally face to face (regular travel not required).
  • Consultative in your sales style, good questioning skills with the ability to build rapport and key relationships with global influencers.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to build real value in your conversations, dealing with objections smoothly.
  • Previous experience with B2B sales in these areas and interacting with high level decision makers would be advantageous (not essential)

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to consistent KPI achievement.
  • Plan and organise sales projects, overseeing market analysis to ensure a focused sales approach is taken.
  • Lead by example delivering sales results and supporting team members in closing or with high value clients or both

Who is CMC looking for?
  • Proven track record in managing a highly skilled, motivated, successful, and results-orientated outbound telesales team.
  • A strong hands-on manager who can coach and train their sales team.
  • Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers.
  • Skillful objection handling techniques with excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
  • A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals; with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and competitive in a team-working environment
  • Preferably with technology, finance, or banking experience, or from a B2B event sales industry.

  • Maintain strong, lasting business relationships ensuring that your clients are getting maximum global coverage and value by understanding their message to market.

Who is CMC looking for?
  • Strong record of achievement in B2B event sales environment, with the ability to smoothly navigate often complex decision-making processes with ease.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to deliver value proposition confidently and concisely.
  • Able to work past objections smoothly, with strong rapport building, conversational and questioning skills.
  • Consultative sales style, confident and calm in dealing with senior decision makers - predominantly over the phone and occasionally face to face (regular travel not required).
  • Team players with a strong drive to achieve and win together.
